Daniel and I have been licensed foster parents since August 2014. I occasionally write about our experiences as a foster family. Much of what we experience has to be heavily censored for confidentiality reasons but I’ll continue trying to show what being a foster parent and foster family is like. I write about foster care to encourage others to foster if they feel called to it, as well as to provide realistic expectations and understanding of the work foster parents do.
We LOVE being foster parents and are always open to talk candidly about our experiences. If you ever have questions about any part of being foster parents we’ll gladly try to answer them.
